These are some of Heather's most memorable and
meaningful quotes. She always speaks her mind whether it be from
a song, public function, or magazine article. This is what makes
her so wonderful!!

"They were like, 'Oh shit, now we have to rewrite everything,'"
Leigh says laughing. "My brother had been living in Los Angeles,
and I was in Miami, when we auditioned for the show. It was weird."
Being Janey was so much fun. I got to release, I guess. I was able
to make a complete ass of myself and be laughed at and have it be
funny for the first time in my life.
When my manager sent me the script, she told me not to get my hopes
up for the Janey part because she said it could quite possibly go
to a name [actor]. At that point, I really would have done anything
to be in the film; I would have cleaned the toilets; I mean, I didn't
really care. I just loved the script. So, after I found out I got
the part of Janey, the initial moment was one of those mouth-dropping
excited moments, but a few hours later, I started crying, because
I was terrified by the huge responsibility I was about to take on.
I hate spitting - I can't handle that. I'm pretty good about burping,
though."
" A guy who knows how to kiss is really sexy."
"I would, for the most part, rather kiss than make love. If
a guy can't kiss, I don't think he'd be very good in bed."
"Definitely candles. And really big dildos!"
"Guys should cut the bullshit. I don't want to hear it. It's
a really bit turn-off. I don't like cheesy chat-up lines, just be
honest."
Basically I'm the awkward rebel-artist girl with glasses and a
pony-tail, who ends up having a bet made about her by the popular
boy."
"I read Sylvia Plath, I listen to Bikini Kill, and I eat
tofu - I'm a unique rebel." - as Janey Briggs
"The moment I got there, I fell in love with Alaska, To me,
it is absolutely where my heart is. So we definitely want to move...
when the time is right."
It's a very weird transition because it hasn't really hit yet.
But I know when the movie comes out things are going to be dramatically
different. My biggest role so far was on Safe Harbor, so the whole
movie thing is just a head rush. I have a bet with my friends that
I’m not going to be recognized. I don't think it's going to
happen, but everyone's telling me that it will.
I walked away with bruises the size of footballs on my leg. Sometimes
we'd go up to twenty-one takes, and after falling down stairs so
much, you really don't want to do it again. But I sucked it up.
I liked the challenge.
